Personal growth and self-improvement are neither quick nor straightforward. They require time, effort, and, above all, patience. The road to becoming the best version of ourselves is filled with setbacks and detours. Yet, it is through patience that we learn to see these not as failures but as invaluable lessons and stepping stones.

Patience teaches us to be gentle with ourselves, to understand that growth is a process, and to celebrate the small victories along the way. It is the companion that whispers, “Keep going,” when the path seems too steep or the goal too far away.

That’s why having goals and working at having daily wins keeps you from feeling overwhelmed.

I like the idea of the daily goals to break it down. The problem is my day is detoured by putting out fires when you lead so many people. Any advice?

You can’t do it all by yourself, you should have a system in place that duplicates you and gives people a place to go. A community for them to gather. Find the leaders in your community that are willing to take on greater resonsibility. Then delegate, delegate, delegate… but you need to trust them, train them, and follow up with them. This way you’re letting your leaders put out the fires. You only need to guide a small group of people rather than the masses.
